v2.554.910 cann't work on android 4.0.4, but it's ok on android 2.3.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have downloaded imsdroid source(v2.554.910) from svn , then installed on
the device android 2.3.1 , i can make both voice and vedio call.
but when i installed on asus(android 4.2.2) and samsun(4.0.4) Tablet, it can
login,but can't make voice or vedio call.
