video call does not work well

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. making a video call using imsdroid to an application on pc (windows 7)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is to see video from other phone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The OS is Android 4.2.2. The imsdorid version is 2.554.910.

Please provide any additional information below.

When making a video call to an application on pc, the imsdroid can see the
remote video. But the local video sometimes crashed. And the application on pc
can not receive the vodeo packet. The log is attached.
