General question: IMS driod is Access QoS aware or unaware?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Making a Basic VoLTE video call, everything works fine, but it seems like in
the SIP-Update, QoS preconditions status from none to sendrecv after an EPS
bearer has been established is not happening!
That is why I'm wondering if the client is Access QoS Aware?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

That depends totaly on if the client is Access QoS aware or unaware, which I
can't find any information in "Project Home" page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

"imsdroid-2.548.870.apk", Samsung SCH-1405, andriod 2.3.6
