SIP Registration When Switching Networks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register on wifi and then shut wifi off and let 3G network take over.
2. Register on 3G and then enable wifi.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected outcome: SIP registration should occur once network is available.
Actual outcome: SIP registration never occurs and a reboot is needed to get SIP
registration to happen successfully. Account says registering...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lastest Imsdroid Android 2.3 version.
