Video Call between Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 not possible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install imsdroid on nexus 4 and nexus 7
2. video call from one device to the other

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see video chat with audio.. But there is only a green screen on both
devices, Audio is working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
imsdroid 2.544.836 with Android 4.2.2
