latency in audio call for at least two minutes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.there is latency in audio call between imsdroid client to imsdroid client

there is should be no latency.i can send messages,instant message everything is
fine,but there is call delay for 2 minutes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iam using samasung galaxy y.operating system android v2.3.6
