File Transfer Failed Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I try to use imsdroid 744 version msrp with two mobiles seperately .
And I use sip2sip as server.

2.A is sending the File to B .

3.But MSRP is not processing between these two mobiles.

It is working fine , When am sending from mobile to emulator or Boghe(PC
Version) .

Can u please give me some help about it .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
