What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see a button for 'start the outgoing video stream' in the 'In Call Screen'.
Instead of that the screen shows the video stream of the receiver without the
possibility of showing the Android menu.
Besides that their is no difference when deselecting the option 'Enable Video
Full-Screen' under General or choosing another 'Preferred Video Size'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 2.0.509 on a Sony Tablet S device with Android 4.0.3 release
1 a.

Start by reproducing the issue on the In Call Screen using Android 4.0.3 and product version 2.0.509, checking whether the outgoing-video control is absent. Compare behavior with and without “Enable Video Full-Screen” and with different “Preferred Video Size” settings; done means the expected button is visible and can start the outgoing video stream.
