Issue with Video early media

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. register imsdroid_2.0.504 on ims network.

2. call ims subscriber with Audio/Video Ringback feature.

3. imsdroid receives 183 Session with Audio & Video SDP.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see video, but only hear the audio portion.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

imsdroid-2.0.504 on HTC Thunderbolt, Android 2.2.1

Similar to Issue 262: testing video early media not working (resolved in
imsdroid 2.0.481 ?).

The same scenario works with Boghe IMS Client v2.0.106.731 w/WindowsXP
