Feature Request: Add API to expose Consumer / Producer video resolution in NGN stack

This is a feature request to add an API to get the video resolution of the
video consumer or producer from the NGNAVSession.

I find this useful if I want to size the surface associated with the consumer
or producer. Sometimes I want to display in actual size. Sometimes I want to
maintain the correct aspect ration of the surface.

I am using NGN Stack / IMSDriod v2.x revision 406.

Start by locating NGNAVSession and its existing consumer and producer APIs, then inspect how video dimensions are represented in the NGN Stack. Done means exposing the consumer or producer video resolution through a documented API that supports sizing a surface or preserving its aspect ratio.
