imsdroid test with boghe on OpenIMSCore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.imsdroid is installed in a real android device,boghe is installed in windows
XP.
2.imsdroid registers to openimscore by wireless router,and there is no sim
cards in the device.the firewall and so on is set off and two-way communication
is allowed in the wireless router.
3.imsdroid can send files to boghe,boghe can't.speak at imsdroid,boghe can't
hear it.but imsdroid can't hear boghe.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
boghe is at 59.64.152.38,openimscore is at 59.64.152.230,imsdroid is at
192.168.1.100
