Description

UIA has specific events that should be raised when tooltips are shown or hidden. Make sure our implementation of these events works as expected with all Windows screen readers.

Research direction

Start by locating the UIA implementation for tooltip show and hide behavior. Read the existing event-handling paths and compare them with the UIA events expected by Windows screen readers. Done means the tooltip events are raised correctly for both showing and hiding and work as expected with all Windows screen readers.
