Sync Sessions - Full

1. Allow users to access remote media outside of local network during a session. This will allow even further capability for users running sessions where they are no longer confined to using local media only. Will allow much faster and easily accessible sync sessions. Will reduce issues with media not being present for all users attending session.
2. Setting level of quality of data depending on the needs of the department that's viewing media. Some depts don't require high quality media, this will improve the speed of the session.
3. Build on users abilities to control colour in session
4. Allow for a potential third or more tier of permission access, focusing on how users go about interacting with each other - mouse movement, timeline
5. Syncing links - match ability we have with session links that can be pasted into emails. Improves capability for users to easily and quickly set up and share sessions.
6. Initiate auto transfers i.e transfers for streamed pixels, in background. Improves chances for making sure session will be valid.
7. Layering of annotations and notes in zoom vs review tool. We expect this to function similar to Lazer mode/ Sketch mode i.e one is permanent and one is not.
8. Option of saving specific users annotations. Will allow users to decide to keep vs throwaway
