Timeline plays in reverse

Hi,
There is an issue when media is added to a playlist and a timeline is created with that media.
The drag and drop doesn´t work. and when a media is added (with huge effort) to a track the clip cannot move and the playhead plays is reverse.

It makes it very hard to use it at its current state, but on the other hand i get that has newly been proted to Windows.
I am testing from a build I compiled and it builds properly, it is not as enriched as other apps yet. I wonder how long would it take to have a version that resembles closer to working tool. I would love to propose this to the current studio that i work for, but i need more solid foundations to argue with the inevitable comparison with RV

Start by reproducing the playlist and timeline workflow described in the issue: add media, create a timeline, place it on a track, and play it. Trace the drag-and-drop, clip movement, and playhead behavior; done means media can be added and moved normally and the playhead advances in the correct direction.
