Identify POC for ASWF projects with Conan recipes on Conan Center Index

There are a bunch of Conan recipes vendored here, but no one knows who wrote them, or who to contact for ongoing maintenance.

1. Identify the set of recipes in question
2. Determine who wrote them or who last updated them
3. Establish POC for each recipe for ongoing support
4. [Stretch] Evaluate whether they should be owned by @wg-ci

Locate the vendored Conan recipes in the repository and identify the set covered by this issue. Review each recipe's history to find its author or last updater, then document a point of contact and note whether ownership by @wg-ci should be evaluated; done means every recipe has an identified contact or an explicitly recorded gap.
