Add Color Decision List (CDL) support for more adapters

We have CDL support in the EDL and ALE adapters, but it is missing from several other adapters.

Start by comparing the existing CDL support in the EDL and ALE adapters, then read the linked Final Cut Pro XML adjustments documentation. Identify which other adapters need equivalent support and verify that CDL data is preserved correctly in each one.
