Description
Python 3.14 currently encounters [build issues in the Github Windows runners](https://github.com/shidarin/cdl_convert/actions/runs/19214861606/job/54922603388). The recent release of 0.18.1 allows me to support 3.13 on Windows (woo!) but it'd be awesome to get Python 3.14 wheels out.
No issues building on Ubuntu or Mac runners.
