[Bug]: Draw tool doesn't work in stack view using "Replace" composite operation

Hi there, just to let you know a bug I noticed about the draw tool using the replace composite operation.
To reproduce the bug here are the steps:

- Have the OpenColorIO Basic Color Management package loaded
- Drop an image sequence into Open RV
- Set the view to "Default Stack"
- Go to the Stack menu and select the composite operation Replace
- Open the Draw tool and try to draw something

-> The drawing is not visible in Replace mode, and make the time slidder disappear. If you switch to another composite mode the drawing then appears

No files or tests are identified. Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with an image sequence, Default Stack, the Replace composite operation, and the Draw tool; compare it with another composite mode and observe the missing drawing and time slider.
