[Bug]: <title>ProRes Audio file issue

### What happened?

A ProRes 4444 from Davinci Resolve plays fully in VLC but audio cuts 2-3 frames short in OpenRV 3.1.0. Disappointing as it was a tricky build.

Start by reproducing the reported ProRes 4444 playback issue on Win11 using the DaVinci Resolve file in OpenRV 3.1.0, then compare its audio duration with VLC playback. Trace where OpenRV handles the file's audio and frame timing; done means the audio no longer ends 2–3 frames early.
