[Bug]: When clearing a session, subsequent imports appear much darker

### What happened?

Build and Launch RV 2025. Load a mp4. Colorspace looks correct. command + shift + n (or File --> Clear) and load the video or image in again and it is much darker.

Reproduce on macOS by loading an MP4 or image, using Command+Shift+N or File → Clear, and loading it again while comparing the colors. Start by tracing the Clear action and the subsequent media-loading or colorspace-handling path; done means repeated loads retain the colorspace and brightness of the initial load.
