ocioview: File rule validator

The file rule editor in ocioview supports configuring and ordering rules in a config. It would be great to have a simple interface where a file name or path could be entered, and it would preview which rule matches the path. This would be useful both to verify regex and wildcard patterns as they are modified, and to test that the rule stack is behaving as expected.
