Research direction

Start with the MaterialAssign declaration in source/MaterialXCore/Look.h and locate the Python binding definitions for that class. Expose addVariantAssign, getVariantAssign, getVariantAssigns, getActiveVariantAssigns, and removeVariantAssign, then verify all five methods are callable from Python.
