Add regime - workflow yml files - mining

Add support to data mining of information from repository .github yml files.

- control of this feature - enabled/disabled (default disabled)

- path to the generated root

Expected outputs:
- list of jobs and when they are initiated
- description of jobs ([link](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/sharing-automations/creating-actions/metadata-syntax-for-github-actions))
- What it does, when it runs, Env it runs on, Grouping same workflows under one banner.
- Generate with missing data but visualize missing information by icon.
