## Describe the bug
Even if there is no schedule the actions menu is showing run now
## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:
1. Get Dataset with no schedule history
2. Open Schedule tab
## Expected behaviour
If there is no schedule I expect the hamburger menu to be disabled.

Given Low Priority because the button does nothing.
