Description
## Background
Another step in the test automation process on AWS. For automated run tests, there need to be prepared test tools. The specification is described in the Build context file. For one Build context, there might be more test tools (e.g. e2e tests need Hermes and Postman).
This issue follows up #1725 and #1727.
## Feature
The automated setting of the test tool on AWS Test environment.
This tool will be specified in the Build context.
