How to save settings?

Every time relaunching the photoshop plugin, it reverts back to its default settings, like resolution, sampler, sampling steps, batch size, "keep borders", "bilinear" etc. Is there a way to save the settings I use the most and not to change it all manually every time I relaunch Photoshop?
