Fix multiple issues in README.md - Generic template needs customization

The README.md file currently contains several issues that need to be addressed to make it project-specific and user-friendly.

**Problems identified:**

2. **Missing project information**:

4. **Incomplete setup instructions**:
- While `npm start` command is correctly mentioned, there's no complete setup guide
- Missing prerequisites (Node.js version, etc.)
- No installation steps before running the commands

**Expected improvements:**
