Improve filters for Teacher, Room, and Subject selection

## Description
Currently, filtering teachers, rooms, and subjects in the timetable UI is limited. Enhancing the filter functionality will allow users to quickly search and select the desired teacher, room, or subject, improving usability and efficiency.

## Steps to Implement
1. Add search or autocomplete functionality in the filter dropdowns.
2. Allow users to select multiple options where applicable.
3. Update the timetable view dynamically based on selected filters.

## Expected Behavior
- Users can easily search and filter teachers, rooms, or subjects.
- Timetable updates in real-time according to the selected filters.
