Implement basic drag-map view

We should implement a PoC drag-map view, where "chord objects" can be created and dragged around the map.

The entire map should be able to be panned and zoomed, and the chords within the map should be dynamically position-able too.

Think of Miro board or any other whiteboard-esque app that allows the user to pan and zoom and interact with elements all over the map.
