Hamburger fix

I believe the hamburger is to display the 'ul' onClick for smaller device which isnt working and also the transition effect will be better suited to after being clicked than an over effect.

Start by locating the hamburger control, its small-screen ul behavior, and the existing onClick and transition styling. Done means the ul opens on click on smaller devices and the transition occurs after clicking rather than on hover.
