Research direction

Start with the Kaggle competition link in the issue and read its problem statement and dataset details. The repository language is Jupyter Notebook, but no notebook, file, test, or entry point is named; done would require a repository solution that builds a model to distinguish disaster-related Tweets from other Tweets.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
