Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'd like to use the [Keil µVision® IDE](https://www2.keil.com/mdk5/uvision/) with my Mbed project. Mbed CLI 1 could export to a µVision® IDE project, but Mbed CLI 2 doesn't provide this ability.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like to use CMake to generate a µVision® IDE project. It looks like there has been [some other effort to support this in CMake, according to the CMake issue tracker](https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/issues/19357).
**Describe alternatives you've considered**

**Additional context**

Research direction
No repository files or tests are named. Start by examining how Mbed CLI 2 currently uses CMake to generate projects and review the linked CMake issue about µVision support. Done means CMake can generate a usable Keil µVision project for an Mbed project.
