No network interface found in the CI for UBLOX EVK ODIN W2

Regardless of the compiler used, the following log can be found in the CI reports for the ODIN W2 device:

Start with the CI reports for the UBLOX EVK ODIN W2 and the reported Mbed OS 5.10.2 log. Investigate why the device exposes no network interface regardless of compiler, then rerun the ODIN W2 CI test suite. Done means the network interface is detected and the suite no longer fails with this error.
