Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Because development has moved from mbed-crypto to Mbed TLS, first confirm whether the request belongs in the successor project, then locate its SHA-1/SHA-256 implementation and hardware-capability handling. Done means Intel SHA extension acceleration is supported and verified on the listed processor families.
