DAPLink worked in IAR,but not work in KEIL MDK.

Description
The DAPLink made by myself can worked in iar, but in keil_ MDK can recognize the device, but RDDI-DAP Error is displayed during burning. What is the reason for this? The wire on the SWD end is already very short, only 20cm.
And there were no USB drives with the drive letter daplink
Can anyone provide any suggestions?
I am using the latest firmware and the system is WIN7
