Description
We have [the storage sample](https://github.com/ARK-Builders/ark-android/pull/97) in `ark-android` repo. New JNI must be integrated with it in order to validate the approach.
As we've discussed before, it's ok to keep Java/Gradle code in this repo, we might change name to something like `ark-framework` later.
