## 🌟 Feature Description
Add microphone-based voice input support to the Patient app, similar to the existing voice functionality available in the Therapist app.

This feature would allow patients to speak instead of typing in supported input fields, improving accessibility and usability.

## 🔍 Problem Statement
Currently, the Therapist app includes a voice input feature, but the Patient app does not.

This creates:

- A feature gap between Therapist and Patient applications
- Reduced accessibility for patients who prefer or require voice interaction
- Slower interaction flow when typing long responses

Providing voice input in the Patient app would ensure consistency and improve user experience.

## 🎯 Expected Outcome

- Add a microphone icon within relevant input fields in the Patient app
- Enable speech-to-text functionality
- Provide visual feedback while recording
- Handle microphone permissions gracefully
- Maintain consistent UX with the Therapist app
