Description
### Bug Description
## Description
The `Google Summer of Code` link in the README appears to be broken.
The README points to:
`Rules/GoogleSummerOfCode.md`
However, this path does not exist in the `main` branch, and clicking the link results in an error stating:
> The main branch of **Info** does not contain the path **Rules/GoogleSummerOfCode.md.**
### Expected behavior
The `Google Summer of Code` link should point to the correct GSoC rules/documentation file.
### Actual behavior
The link leads to a non-existent path and results in an error.
### Location
`README.md` → **Rules** → **Google Summer of Code**
### Steps to Reproduce
1.Open the AOSSIE Info repository.
2.Open the README.md file.
3.Scroll to the Index section.
4.Under Rules, click on Google Summer of Code.
5.The link redirects to Rules/GoogleSummerOfCode.md.
6.GitHub displays an error because the specified path does not exist in the main branch.
