[BUG]: Join Team Error Message Appears in the Wrong Section

### Bug Description

When a user enters an invalid team code in the Join by Team Code section and clicks Join Team, the request fails and the error message is displayed inside the Create New Team section instead of the Join by Team Code section.

The error message should appear directly below the team code input field, within the same Join by Team Code section, so users can clearly understand which action caused the error.

### Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Team Debates.
Open the Team Builder section.
Enter an invalid team code, for example 123456.
Click Join Team.
Observe where the error message is displayed.

Expected Behavior
The error message should appear directly below the team code input field in the Join by Team Code section.

Actual Behavior
The error message appears inside the Create New Team section, making it unclear that the error is related to joining a team by code.
