BUG: Chatbot can't set values like weight, has no intelligence and is very poor at parsing strings

### What happened?

## 📌 Issue Overview

I asked chatbot to set my weight to 95, it just showed me weight logs. Then i asked to make an appointment, it asked for what and if i gave any custom answer (out of options) it just asks again. It asks for day and time, if i tell time first it donot processes it.

## 🔍 Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to Chatbot
2. Ask to set weight or book an appointment
3. Give answers yourself don't choose from options
4. It will act like a fool 😅

## 🎯 Expected Behavior

Intelligent chatbot. It should be able to set values, parse custom answers and deal with unexpected messages.

## 🚨 Actual Behavior

can't set values, breaks if given custom input or input out of order
