Description
Even for the 2nd order algorithm, it can be beneficial to do the reactions 4th order accurate in space. This will correct for the fact that <enuc(rho, T, X)> != enuc(, , ). We can use the same functionality designed for the 4th order SDC to do this

Research direction
Start by locating the existing fourth-order SDC functionality and the second-order reaction or burn path. Determine how that functionality could support a fourth-order burn option; done means the option performs reactions fourth-order accurate in space while retaining the second-order algorithm.
