Description

There are a number of changes we need to do to support 4th order in 2-d axisymmetric coords:

  • the transformation from cell-centers to cell-averages changes
  • the interpolant we use to get the interface states changes
  • the transverse term we use for the flux averaging changes
  • modified stencils at boundaries also change
  • the diffusion to 4th order is also different
