Strip Images and create debug images

With the new test harness, the number of dependencies required by the guest image for testing has been drastically reduced. We should revisit the guest image definitions and remove any unnecessary packages to reduce the guest image size.

Following that same idea, it would also be useful to have a way to build debug images that we can launch manually to debug test issues or help develop new tests. For example, we could have a separate debug image definition with additional packages included. I do not think we need to publish these debug images in the GitHub releases, but having the option to build them would be helpful when we run into errors.
