Drive Corruption

Sometimes it seems drives get corrupted. Repro steps ;
- Create - Windows NTFS
- Activate drive
- Copy files to drive
- Safely eject Drive
- Insert stick in other Pc
- Drives is shown in Explorer
- Click on drive
- Results in error : Location is not available. E:\is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
