Description
Typically the version is a suffix. It seems convenient if it was possible to use a prefix such as:
docker compose run --rm --entrypoint plugins fuseki enable my-plugin
And it would match my-plugin-1.0.0.jar.

Research direction
Start by locating the plugins script invoked by the Docker Compose command with the plugins entrypoint, then inspect how plugin names are matched. Verify that enabling my-plugin also selects my-plugin-1.0.0.jar while preserving existing matching behavior; test the command against the available plugin files.
