Single brain analysis request

Our lab heavily relies on brain mapping pipelines, and in our search for such pipelines, we came across MIRACL and ACE. We found your it to be incredibly effective and we were able to successfully run it. Additionally, we noticed that there are a variety of data visualizations in Figure 4 of your paper pertaining to dual brain analysis. We would like to know if a single brain analysis pipeline is in development. We would very much appreciate if we were able to get visualizations for neuron density for our brain within the pipeline!
