together with other bot

I setup a bot (as telegram bot or others) via python on vercel so that i can post a message and the bot based on openai will response.
Your RAG is a web server meaning post a message on a web then OPENAI with PDF data give a response.
I am wondering if the ABOVE two can be working together, meaning the bot replaces the web server, still through vercel.
