Error when running the "python main.py --mode=train" command. What am I doing wrong?

Hello. Would you like to know how to solve this problem? I'm a beginner, I performed the installation as indicated in the tutorial, but when running the command "python main.py --mode=train" occurs the following error to which I could not understand it. The error:

python --version is Python 3.9.7
