**Describe the bug**
FeatureEngineer class from FinRL is not computing the following technical indicators: pov, coppock, inertia, ker, kst, qqe, kama, kdj, ndi, roc, bop, rsv, psl, sma, wt, rvgi, cti
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Manually introduce the desired technical indicators to use for the training and run the Stock_Neurips 2018 tutorial
**Expected behavior**
should print : "[*********************100%%**********************] 1 of 1 completed
Successfully added technical indicators"
