**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'finrl/agents/elegantrl/model.py'
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
The argument class can not be imported as it's not implemented. init_agent function used to load the pre-trained
model is not implemented hence cant be imported
